WOFORD (workshop for disabled) is a wing of Sandanam Institute and is working towards betterment of the lives of disabled/or differently abled persons who are either war victims or born disabled. The workshop is providing these unfortunate souls some meaningful activities (such as cultivating vegetables, sewing and knitting, chicken farming, handicraft etc) which also can be some income generating sources for them. We strive to incorporate these victims with the society which is more fortunate.
These are some disabled or differently abled persons who receive what ever help they are in need of and ask for. They don’t normally come forward but WOFORD takes an effort to search for them.

இழப்பதற்கு இனி எதுவுமேயில்லை யென்று கூறிக்கொள்ளும் குரல்களும், எங்கள் வாழ்வுக்கு அடுத்த வழியை யார் ஏற்படுத்தித் தருவார்கள் என்ற ஏக்கங்களை மட்டும் சுமக்கின்ற ஏதிலிகள் வன்னியில் மிஞ்சிய குடிகளாக இருக்கின்றனர். பாதிக்கப்பட்ட ஊர்களைத் தேடிச்சென்று பாதிக்கப்பட்ட உறவுகளுக்கான உதவிகளை வழங்வரும் WOFORD அமைப்பு ஊர்கள் நோக்கிய தேடலில்.
